Since 1946, Southeastern Fire Control has been providing solutions to business and industry for all types of specialized fire detection and suppression problems. The needs have ranged from as simple as "what type of hand portable extinguisher should be used" to "what type of alternate agent should be used on the latest high-tech hazards, without damaging the atmosphere."

Southeastern is the acknowledged leader in textile fire suppression, pioneering the first automatic suppression system for the textile industry in the 1960s. As the authorized Argus Distributor, we are able to provide the very latest in fire detection and suppression systems keeping pace with the demands of new and improved textile technology.

Our capabilities in the industrial fire protection market include performing in-depth hazard analysis, as well as designing and installing systems. Our trained technicians can maintain the integrity of the systems by providing service twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Each hazard analysis is conducted by one of our NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) certified associates. This analysis forms the basis for providing the most cost effective and dependable system that will meet all codes and ensure optimal fire suppression coverage.

Southeastern utilizes the latest computer aided equipment to ensure accuracy and complete compatibility in system design. With our in-house CAD capabilities, we can quickly respond to preparing the initial design and document any necessary changes.

In addition to special hazard suppression and fire detection capabilities, Southeastern can address your security needs. From closed circuit TV (CCTV) to card access systems, we can provide protection of property and controlled area access.

In cooperation with MIC Technologies, a division of Southeastern's sister company Argus Fire Control, we can provide non-destructive and non-invasive inspection of fire protection sprinkler system piping for corrosion caused by Microbiologically Influenced Corrosion (MIC). To learn more about MIC, its dangerous threat to fire protection systems, and the comprehensive services available through MIC Technolgoies, visit their website at www.mictechnologies.com.

As charter members of both the FSSA (Fire Suppression Systems Association) and NAFED (National Association of Fire Equipment Distributors), Southeastern has maintained its status as an industry leader. Our staff is ready to show you why we are the leader in fire suppression systems in the southeast.

We support and encourage NICET certification
